Your lifestyle determines the way you choose to live, and it will affect your stress level. Try to find a balance between personal, work, and family needs. If there are things that you don’t need to do at all, you better skip it and direct it to other things. You can take more time to give yourself a personal improvement, or give your family some extra attentions.
