The Easiest Ways to Overcome Stress
Do you have too many assignments from your school or office? Do you also have many problems with your boyfriend or your parents? Do you feel like there are too many things on your mind and those things depress you? Do you want to get out from it? Then, you have to do these things. And hopefully, you will get some ‘fresh air’ for your mind.
1. Write a diary.
Try to find a quiet and comfortable place for you to write a diary. You can start in your room. Then, start to write and express all feelings in your heart and mind. You can also share your problem and draw something in your diary. You will find out that a diary can be a good friend to confide in.
2. Exercising.
Some researches have find out that exercising can expedite the blood circulation, create calmness and relaxation, reducing blood pressure and also muscle tension. Exercising will also make you healthy, so there’s no reason for not trying!
3. Play your favorite songs and sing.
On your leisure time, try to play your favorite songs and sing it loud. If you also love to dance, then express it with your move. It will soothe your heart and mind.
4. Laughing.
Stop your activities for a while, grab a comedy movie and watch it. Comedy movies will make you laugh which is good for your health. And the laughter will stimulate the body to produce hormones that cause the brain to relax the stress.
5. Create some rituals.
You can do something that make you comfort. For example you can sit together with your boyfriend and share a cup of tea. Or sitting on a park and enjoy the view of fish pond and the flowers.
6. Eat healthy food.
Low fat foods and high carbohydrates such as donuts, popcorn, pastries and cakes made from rice will stimulates or brain that will reduce the stress.
7. Fulfill your soul’s needs.
Have some time for yourself. You can sleep; watch some romantic movies; read some old letters; and many more. Let the day be your day.
8. Hangout with best friends.
Go to your favorite place with them, have some tea or coffee, and talk about everything you want. It will comfort you, support you and you will free from your stress.
9. Sunrise.
Sunrise is the best time in the morning. Enjoy the view, the freshness and let the morning air come in through your nose into your body.
10. Meditation
Meditation will decrease blood pressure and dramatically help to reduce your stress.
11. Take a nap.
Just have for about 20 minutes for nap, you will get a new freshness and make your day become better.
